Pilates Classes
Most classes are mixed ability, suitable for men and women, and with a wide range of ages. However, if you have never done any Pilates before you will need to attend a Beginner's course or have at least one individual session to enable you to gain the most from the classes. These 1-2-1 sessions include a postural assessment, discussion of relevant health issues and an introduction to the principles of Pilates.
Mummilates – Pilates for pregnancy and beyond. Gentle, safe exercise which helps to prepare your body for the arrival of your baby and the recovery afterwards. Suitable in the 2nd and 3rd trimester and from 6 weeks post-natal.
